VICTORIA – Slim Sandy and the Hillbilly Boppers announce the launch their 2016 European tour, performing in France on April 23rd at the “Good Rockin Tonight” rockabilly festival, then May 1st at the “ATOMIC FESTIVAL” in England, May 13th at the “R’n’R Dance Party” in Belgium, May 14th in Utrecht, in the Netherlands, and finally performing May 16th at the Walldorf “Rock ‘n’ Roll Weekender” festival in Germany.
The tour will promote their new 5 song EP, “SWEET ROCKIN MAMA”, released on iTunes, through their own Victoria, BC, based record label,CROW-MATIC RECORDS. The title track of the EP, “SWEET ROCKIN MAMA”, is also the A side of their recently released 45 vinyl single, with “I’M READY” in the B side. The single is available at Ditch Records, Vinyl Envy and Gordie’s Music in Victoria, BC, and by mail order online from the band’s website: slimsandy.com
